Scott and Sandi Piercy were founding partners in the ownership group that opened the first Engel & Völkers franchise in Canada. They recognized the need for a high-quality real estate experience for their clients and the logic of using modern technology, data and systems to assist with sales and the information they are able to provide to advisors and clients. RE:Insite was founded from the recognition that out-of-market condo sales teams operating in the Victoria market often lack the local knowledge to effectively drive sales.

Scott has spent the last 10 years marketing and brokering luxury and waterfront property sales in Victoria. In his efforts to provide the best services to his clients, he has also spent a great deal of time focused on understanding the condominium market. He has been involved with several condominium development projects in Victoria with highly successful outcomes.

Sandi has run her own business and became a real estate advisor when Engel & Völkers opened in Victoria. She knows the ins and outs of local government, school districts and special interest groups. Managing people, information and emotional purchases are her specialty.

With over 18 years in the real estate business, Ryan has worked with the most well-regarded large scale developers and earned a reputation for hard work, assembling dynamic sales teams and achieving top success – Bosa, Chard, Towline, Abstract, and Anthem. This large scale experience has allowed Ryan to hone his skills and expertise. His counsel on the functionality of floor plans, mix of suites, materials for finishing, sales centre configuration and layouts have been instrumental in the success of his development projects.
